During the 10-month program, founders and key employees of the companies in Junto II will participate in an intensive program that integrates:

  1. leadership forums to increase emotional intelligence and leadership aptitude;
  2. monthly classes to improve their understanding of core management topics, as well as how to apply EI skills in the workplace;
  3. instructional office hours that help them solve business problems;
  4. deep mentoring for the CEO to become a better leader, and broad mentoring for the founding team to become better managers and operators.

We are grateful to the dozens of seasoned entrepreneurs, CEOs, and executives who will serve as Junto II mentors and instructors, as well as partners who host the program and sponsor the office hours. Their collective wisdom, generosity, and humanity are what help make the Junto program compelling and impactful.

The Junto Institute is a school that develops company founders into great leaders and smarter operators. Our first class of five companies, Junto I, graduated in December: Briteseed, Eclipse Telecom, Music Dealers, Tiesta Tea, and Weave the People.
