At JuntoDay, you will participate in three hands-on learning sessions from successful and accomplished entrepreneurs and executives. SESSION 1: BUILDING SALES PROCESS & STRATEGY

Dan Dal Degan, President of Ensighten

  • common pitfalls and warning signs related to people and culture that emerge as a company grows
  • the people challenges you're likely to face during growth, such as employee fit, performance standards, generalist/specialist balance, etc.

About Frank & DMC

Founded in 1996 by Frank Riordan, DMC is a project-based engineering and software development firm that was ranked as the top workplace for Millennials and #3 workplace for Gen X by Crain's Chicago Business in 2015.
