Founded in 1996 by Frank Riordan, DMC is a project-based engineering and software development firm that was ranked as the top workplace for Millennials and #3 workplace for Gen X by Crain's Chicago Business in 2015. The company has nearly 100 employees in Chicago, Boston, Denver, Houston, and New York City, many of whom were hired out of college.
